Letters with threats and powdery substance sent to judges of Islamabad high court, Lahore HC, and Supreme Court. Included Bacillus Anthracis reference, accusations against judges, anthrax bacterium, eye irritation, lip burns, and involvement of counter-terrorism department and ISI interference.
