Ukraine's top commander signed paperwork allowing French military instructors to visit Ukrainian training centres. Oleksandr Syrskyi welcomed France's initiative on Telegram, enabling the first instructors to familiarize themselves with infrastructure and personnel. Syrskyi gave no further details but said he believed that France's determination would encourage other partners to join this "ambitious project".
