Donald Trump now has a reply to those who claimed he was 'rude' to Queen Elizabeth

​"They said I made the Queen happy, and I said, 'No she made me happy!". This has been written next to a photo of Trump laughing with the late Queen in Trump's new book 'Save America'. A recent book claimed Queen thought Trump was rude and that he had an arrangement with Melania that she would have to remain married to him.
