Her staff claimed she is flexible and fair-minded like that. Meghan has around 16 staffers working for production on various Netflix projects, podcasts, the Archewell Foundation, and communications. Meghan shares credit and writes personal email thanking her staff for their contribution, an ex-staffer said.
