North Korea fires ballistic missile into eastern waters, South Korea says

On Thursday, South Korea's military reported that North Korea launched an unidentified missile off its east coast. This event follows a similar incident in May when North Korea fired an unidentified ballistic missile into the East Sea, also known as the Sea of Japan. According to the Japanese coast guard, the projectile from May fell into the sea.
