Maniac stabs woman in NYC subway; victim says no one came to her help

A woman was stabbed in the throat by a man at Grand Central Terminal on Christmas Eve. She received no assistance from bystanders or police, who were absent despite usually being present. The attacker, identified as Jason Sargeant, was later arrested by MTA police. The victim said her fellow passengers just froze after the attack and police were seen nowhere in sight.
