Pennsylvania man admits throwing his baby girl on ground, fracturing her skull because she 'wouldn't stop crying'

Pennsylvania fire chief Brian Salt, 36, has been charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of his 3-month-old daughter after allegedly admitting to violently throwing her to the ground out of frustration. The infant sustained a fractured skull, and Salt is currently suspended from his duties pending legal proceedings.
